RULES FOR GROUP FARE

We consider a group to be minimum of 10 passengers traveling together.

For less than 10 passengers, a published fare will be quoted and the booking will be handled by our Reservations Department.

In order to guarantee seats and fares we have established the following requirements:

DEPOSIT: $500 PP

10 days after seats are confirmed and minimum 60 days prior to departure. Within 60 days before departure and up till ticketing you will be able to cancel up to 20% of the seats without penalty. In case of higher percentage of cancellations, a penalty of USD500 per person will apply. No refund is due on the deposit within 60 days before departure in case of the whole group cancellation.

20% of the group may be divided from the original booking (subject to the same class of service), but must remain with the group either on the outbound or inbound segments.

NAMES: 30 days in prior to departure.

Full payment: 30 days prior to departure.

TICKETING: 21 days prior to departure.

Once ticketed, tickets are non-refundable.

Changes will be permitted only on the return flights, provided the fare validity, same routing and class of service requirements are met. A penalty of $500 will apply.
